Plan your meeting in 3 steps
- You, the organizer: choose the city you're in, the day and the time you want the meeting.
- Your guests: add each guest's city (and name, if you like). You'll instantly see what time it will be for each of them and whether it's work hours, early, late or night.
- Save the meeting: once you're sure the time works for everyone, tap "Save meeting". Then share it on WhatsApp, add it to Google Calendar or Outlook, or copy the invite with each guest's time.
Tips for international meetings
Always include each guest's time
"See you at 10" is the number one cause of missed meetings. The invite World Meeting Sync creates lists every participant's time in their own city.
Watch out for daylight saving changes
The US changes clocks on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November; Europe on the last Sundays of March and October. Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Panama and most of Central America don't change. That's why Miami and Madrid can be 5 or 6 hours apart depending on the week. The tool handles it for the exact date.
Rotate the inconvenient slot
With a team across the Americas, Europe and Asia there's no perfect time. For recurring meetings, alternate who joins early and who joins late.

My city isn't listed?
